So the answer to the clues was "Nice Hat". I used this phrase because it translated to use almost all of the "numbers". Basically you can find the answer by looking at a telephone. The numbers told you which button to look at and the corresponding dots told you which letter on that button to use.
LondonLove427 was the first to solve this. She's declining the prize, so it's going to Andy Schex who was the second to solve. The Widmore Publishing comic book backing board (hopefully signed by Darlton) is headed his way! Congrats to you both!
